How to request a personalised video message from your 'STAR'

• Choose your   'STAR' 

• Read  and agree to our  Terms and Conditions which can be found at the bottom of the website

• Tell us who the message is for and what type of message you would like (eg Birthday, retirement, Valentine's Day etc).

• You can tell us what you would like your 'STAR' to talk about in your message

• Add your 'STAR' to your Shopping Cart ( you can order more than one star)

• When you are ready to check out go to the cart and pay for your message via PayPal or credit card

• Allow 12 working days for your message to be created

• SMA will email and text you when your message is ready 

• To view our website and your video message you will need to use Internet Explorer 9 or greater, Safari or Google Chrome.

• You will be able to stream and view your video message on your computer, smart phone or tablet device at any time

• Your video message will be stored and kept by Star Messages Australia
